My training app is now available on the App Store! I've built this app for my clients so they can follow my training plans, log their workouts, track their progress and volume, and chat with me.
What the training app offers
I wanted to give my clients an app that lets them easily follow my training plans. Using the app, we can track your workouts and total training load. It also provides a space where we can easily connect and chat. The app is available for all my clients and all training plans will be delivered through the app.

Tracking your workouts
One of the features of using the training app includes tracking your progress for specific exercises and your total workout volume. By using these two analytics, we can get an understanding of how you are progressing through the training plan and whether the intended plan is allowing you to progress.

Scheduling and following your workouts
When a training plan is assigned to you, each week includes structured exercises with specific intensity targets and pre-configured timers. With a simple scheduling system, you can easily organize your sessions throughout the week, making your plan clear, structured, and easy to follow. I'm always available for you to help with your scheduling, and can also make proposed schedules, so you don't leave second guessing how you should organise your week.
